Oat Milk

A great lactose-free milk substitute...

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (cold) Water
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 2 cups cooked Oatmeal
  • pinch of Salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth (2 to 3 minutes). Serve cold.
