Pepper Jelly-Glazed Carrots

  • 1 2lb bag baby carrots
  • 1 10 1/2 oz can condensed chicken broth
  • 2 TBLS butter
  • 1 10.5 oz jar Red Pepper Jelly

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, over med high heat, combine carrots and checken broth. Bring to a boil and cook stirring often, 6-8 min or till carrots are crsp-tender and broth is reduced to 1/4 C. Stir in butter and jelly. Cook 5 min stirring constantly or until mixture is thickened and glazes carrots. 6 servings
