Ingredients
- GARNISH:
- 2 1/2lbs.2 1/2 lbs. Flank Steak
- 1/2cup1/2 cup corn starch
- 3/4cup3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4cup3/4 cup water
- 3/4cup3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2tbsp.2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1tbsp.1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1tbsp.1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 1/4tsp.1/4 tsp. chili flakes
- 1cup1 cup grated carrots
- GREEN ONION

Step 1
Cut flank steak into thin strips put in a zip-lock bag with cornstarch and shake to coat.
Add olive oil, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce, water and brown sugar to crock-pot. Stir to combine, add flank steak, stir again until meat is completely coated with sauce.
Cover with lid and cook 2 to 3 hours on high or 4 to 5 hours on low.
About 30 minutes before done, add carrots.
Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
