Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 C raw cauliflower florets
  • 2 C fresh green beans (2" pieces)
  • 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 C canned check peas, drained
  • 1/4 C green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 C stuffed green olives
  • 1/2 C black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 C Italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Steam cauliflower and green beans till crisp tender. Place in 2 qt bowl. Add remaining ingredients, tossing lightly. Refrigerate for several hours.
