Ingredients
- Pork chops
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Cloves
- 1/2 c water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 c sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge pork chops in bread crumbs,
Insert 1 clove in each chop.
Brown lightly in oil then place in baking dish.
Combine water, bouillon, bay leaf, vinegar, and sugar. Heat in pan.
Add sour cream and heat til blended.
Pour over chops.
Bake covered for 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
