Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground uncooked steak
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all except tomatoes together. Form into balls. Place in roaster or baking pan and pour tomatoes over all. Bake in oven. Good with baked potatoes.
