Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 5 c. mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 9-ounce can pineapple bits
- 8 marshmallows
- 1/4 c. pecan halves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, salt, pineapple and juice. Place half of mixture in greased 1 1/2 casserole. Top with marshmallows. Add remaining potato mixture. Arrange pecan halves on top. Cover and back in 350 degree oven about 30 mins or until heated through. Top with extra marshmallows the last 5 mins. of baking if desired.
