  • Crumb Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham wafers
  • l/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • l 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can cherry pie filling



Step 1

Mix crumb crust, press in pan, saving 1/4 cup for topping. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Whip cream and fold in the marshmallows. Spread 1/2 cream mixture on crust, followed by pie filling. Spread remaining cream mixture on cherries. Top with remaining crust. Refrigerate until served.
