Sausage Stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage (Jimmy Dean spicy sausage)
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 4 cups diced potatoes
• 2 cups water
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp marjoram
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 can cream style corn
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and onion together; drain.

Add potatoes, water, salt, marjoram and pepper. Simmer until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes).

Add both cans of corn, and evaporated milk.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
