Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 sm. bag potatoes
  • 1 med. container sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3-4 Tbsp. dried chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Peel and quarter or half (if small) all potatoes and cook until soft in salted water. Drain. Mash as much as you can.

Add 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, sour cream and chives. Mash completely. Can be transferred to a crockpot and kept warm.
