Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Fresh brocoli, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan.
Mix in flour.
Alternately add some cheese and milk until gone,
Stir until cheese melts and just starts to bubble.
Pour over broccoli and serve immediately.
