  • 1 1/2 lb. smoked ham
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. hot water



Step 1

Grind hand and pork and mix well with crumbs, eggs, and milk. Season if needed. Shape into oblong loaf and bake slowly in 350 oven for 2 hours. Baste with the mixture of brown sugar, dry mustard and hot water.
