  • 1 (12 ounce) box Mini Classic Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon each red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place Mini Pierogies in boiling water until hot, about 3 to 5 minutes. Sauté ham, peppers, and onion in butter until lightly browned. Place Mini Pierogies and ham mixture into a large container and mix gently to combine. Top with shredded cheese and black olives, if desired. Serve.
