Salad Dressing: Lemon Vinaigrette

My favorite vinaigrette. The slight lemon tang makes it refreshing.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 small shallot, minced (1 tsp.)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
