Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 (28 oz) can dices tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup med shell pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup frozen Italian style green beans
- 1 t oragano
- 1 t basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the Parmesan in a large pot.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top of each serving.
