Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 cups broccoli
- 3 large potatoes, sliced about 1/4" thick
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, pepper, garlic, broccoli, potato, and onion in saucepot. Cover and cook over LOW heat 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Blend broth mixture in blender or food processor until smooth. Return to pan. Stir in milk and cheese. Heat through
