Ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Whisk together all ingredients and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Mix well before using.
