Salmon with Honey Pecan Sauce

  • 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-fat butter

Step 1

Place salmon skin side down on a broiler pan; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat from 7-9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook the pecans, honey and butter over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with salmon.
