Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat brown sausage until cooked throughout, break into small pieces.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk, salt, pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low until gravy begins to thicken.
