Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 c unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 T lowfat milk
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 3/4 t garlic powder
  • 3/4 t poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/2 t dried basil
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 and spray loaf pan with PAM. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pat into the pan. Bake for 1 hr 20 min or until loaf is done. let it sit about 10 min before slicing.
