Warm and delicious coconut rice pudding is topped with chocolate syrup and shavings! Tastes like a warm Mounds bar!

Ingredients
- Chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings
Preparation
Step 1
With the cooker's lid off, heat butter on high or brown until melted.
Pour rice in the cooker, and saute 1 minute.
Add the water and vanilla extract, securely lock the pressure cooker's lid, and set for 6 minutes on high.
Perform a quick release to release the cooker's pressure.
With the pressure cooker's lid off, stir in coconut milk, shredded coconut, and sugar.
Place in serving bowls, drizzle each with chocolate syrup or shavings and serve warm.
