Ingredients

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 TBS white wine
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • dash of oregano

Preparation

Step 1

-Cook garlic in butter
-Add all other items and cook for 3 minutes
-Brush sauce on salmon, bake salmon at 375 for 12-14 minutes and brush again
