Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 TBS white wine
- 1 TBS honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- dash of oregano

Preparation
Step 1
-Cook garlic in butter
-Add all other items and cook for 3 minutes
-Brush sauce on salmon, bake salmon at 375 for 12-14 minutes and brush again
