Delicious Pumpkin Filling

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put in pie crust and bake 15 mins. at 425; then reduce to 375 and bake 45 mins.
