Strawberry Sweethearts

Ingredients

  • 2 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 pount (about 16 marshmallows, cut fine
  • 1 12-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • Frozen strawberries, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Stir cream cheese to soften, adding a little of the whipped cream. Then fold cream cheese into remaining whipped cream. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 10 heart-shaped molds (or use refrigerator trays). Freeze till firm. To serve, stack 2 molds on lettuce (if desired) and garnish with halved or whole strawberries.
