Spicy Plum Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup plum preserves
  • 2-3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. each: Thai 3 seasoning herb past
  • Snipped chives or green onion tops

Preparation

Step 1

Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Stir together preserves, lime juice and Thai seasonings.

Set aside 1/4 cup misture in a small bowl. Grill or broil chicken skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing liberally with larger amount of plum sauce frequently.

Place on platter and pour reserved sauce over the top. Sprinkle with snipped chives, if you like.
