Cheesecake Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Yogurt
  • 3 c unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 pt strawberries
  • 8-10 Graham crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Place sieve over bowl. Line with cheesecloth. Pour yogurt into sieve. smooth out top, place in fridge for 24 hours.
Boil juice to reduce to 1 c. Cool
Make graham cracker crust.
Unmold yogurt into crust.
