- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- layer 3
- 1 small package coconut cream instant pudding
- 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
crest
mix and pat in a 8X8 pan
bake for 15 to 20 minutes
until just beginning to turn golden
DO NOT OVER BAKE
layer 2
beat together sugar and cream cheese
fold in whip cream
spread on crust
layer 3
mix pudding until thick
spread over cream cheese mixture
top with remaining cool whip
toast 1 cup coconut
sprinkle on top of dessert
refrigerate
