Never-Fail Meringue

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 scant tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites until stiff, then add 1/2 c. sugar with baking powder mixed. Add rest of the sugar and vanilla. Bake in 275 oven for 30 mins. (Drop on ungreased paper.)
