Fresh Grape Pie

Ingredients

  • Concord grapes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Press pulp out of concord grapes and fill 1 3/4 c. skins (packed)

Boil pulp about 8 min. to remove seeds, strain and add pulp to skins. Add egg, flour, sugar and salt. Bake in double crust or lattice crust in 9" tin.
