Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until frothy; add baking powder and vinegar and beat very stiff. Add sugar 1 Tbsp. at a time and keep on beating.
Line Pyrex baking pan with greased brown paper, put in 450 oven and after about 12 mins. turn off the oven, do not peek.
Leave cake in oven overnight or until oven is cold.
