Ingredients
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 15 onions
- ____Chop in coarse food chopper.
- 1 pint plus 1 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Scald the chopped peppers and onion in hot water 5 mins. Drain and scald again with 2 1/2 cups hot water and 1 c. vinegar, 1 c. water, the salt and sugar. Boil until clar and can hot.
