Celery Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 doz. large ripe tomatoes, cut up
  • 4 bunches celery cut fine
  • 5 onions cut fine
  • 1 red or 2 green peppers, cut fine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook until celery is done. Pack in hot pint jars.
