Cheesy Chili Hash Brown Casserole

Cheesy Chili Hash Brown Casserole 0 Picture


  • 8 Slices of Bacon-Cooked
  • 2 White onions-diced
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 Anaheim Peppers
  • 1 Poblano Pepper
  • 3 Bags of Oreida Hash Browns
  • Shredded Cheddar and Jack Cheeses for the top



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Drain bacon fat and add butter to the skillet. Sautee onions and peppers until softened (some brown bits are good). Add frozen potatoes and cook until slightly browned. add a good amount of salt and pepper. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with cheese and bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes.
