Pear Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. of ground pears
  • 1 lbs. ground cranberries
  • 4 lbs. sugar
  • 1 orange

Preparation

Step 1

Let this stand overnight then add juice of 1 orange, peeling cut up and par boil a few mins. Cook until it thickens and jar.
