Pear Topping for French Toast or Pancakes

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 t honey
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 c chopped salted cashews


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

puree pears in a blender or food processor. In saucepan heat the pear puree, honey and cinnamon until it bubbles. Pour over french toast or pancakes and top with chopped nuts.
