Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. sour milk
- 1/4 lb. blanched almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Grind almonds and raisins together. Add to the butter, sugar and eggs with enough flour to hold shape when rolled out.
Add remaining ingredients. Chill and roll out and cut with glass or cookie cutters. Bake in 350-375 oven until set.
