Veal Salad Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 c.diced cooked veal
  • 1 c. French dressing
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced pineapple
  • 1/4 c. cooked peas
  • 1 pimentio, finely diced
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonaisse
  • Lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the veal in French dressing for 30 mins. Drain off excess dressing. Chill. Mix veal lightly with reamining ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves or in lettuce cups.
