Ingredients
- 2 c.diced cooked veal
- 1 c. French dressing
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced pineapple
- 1/4 c. cooked peas
- 1 pimentio, finely diced
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. mayonaisse
- Lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the veal in French dressing for 30 mins. Drain off excess dressing. Chill. Mix veal lightly with reamining ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves or in lettuce cups.
