- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 inch ginger, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
