Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (4oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (6-8oz.) bottle stuffed olives, sliced
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • Dressing
  • 1 clove garlic (or powder to taste)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar(garlic or plain)
  • 3/4 cup olive oil or more
  • Can add tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, shredded
  • 1 tsp. or less oregano
  • Feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all vegetables. Combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and marinate for at least 6 hrs.
