Ingredients
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 (4oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (6-8oz.) bottle stuffed olives, sliced
- 2 small onions, sliced
- Dressing
- 1 clove garlic (or powder to taste)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar(garlic or plain)
- 3/4 cup olive oil or more
- Can add tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, shredded
- 1 tsp. or less oregano
- Feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all vegetables. Combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and marinate for at least 6 hrs.
