Lime Salad with Sour Cream and Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin or any other flavor
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 (2oz.) bottle maraschino cherries, chopped
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (I don't know about this

Preparation

Step 1

Mix gelatin and water; stir until dissolved. Add pineapple, including juice. Chill slightly. Add sour cream, cherries, nuts and cheese. Put in molds and chill.
