Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. ground Brazil nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy, beat in egg and then vanilla. Sift flour with salt and mix with ground nuts. Dough may be dropped by spponfuls on ungreased cookie sheet or forced from cookie press. Bake for 10 min. in 400 oven.
