Ingredients
- 5 C chopped broccoli florets
- 5 C chopped cauliflower florets
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C dried cranberried
- 2/3 C minced onions
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C Hellman's mayo
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 C shelled, salted & toasted sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine broccoli and cauliflower in large bowl. Add cheese and mix. Add cranberries and onions. In small bowl, combine sugar, mayo and vinegar. Mix until smooth.
Pour over salad and toss. Sprinkle bacon and sunflower seeds on top.
You can make salad several hours ahead of time. Add bacon and seeds right before serving.
