Tenderloin with Wine

Ingredients

  • 14 oz tenderloin
  • 3/4 lb potatoes
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 ActiFry spoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 3/4 cup chopped Gruyere

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the tenderloin into small pieces. Marinate the tenderloin in a bowl with the red wine, the oregano and the pepper. Cut the potatoes into small 1/2 inch pieces. Put the potatoes in the ActiFry, add some salt and then drizzle the oil evenly over the top. Cook for 12 minutes.

Open the ActiFry and add the marinated tenderloin with the red pepper, then add some salt and drizzle some oil. Then cook for 20 minutes. Finally open the ActiFry and add the lemon juice.

Then close the ActiFry and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with the Gruyere and serve.

Marinate the tenderloin with curry instead of oregano and add a teaspoon of ginger, which gives your food an oriental taste.
