Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced red and green peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 cup finely chopped deli roast beef (7 oz.)
- 1 can diced green chilis (4 oz.)
- 1 pound white Velveeta Queso cheese, cubed (16 oz.)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- baguettes or chips
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the onions and peppers in the olive oil until tender. Add the roast beef and green chilis and stir until heated through. Set aside.
In a large sauce pan combine the cheese and milk over medium heat. Stir until melted and creamy. Stir in the beef mixture and pepper. Serve with baguette slices or chips.
