Ingredients
- 20 oysters,
- 750 g/1 2/3 lb leeks,
- 250 g/9 oz potatoes,
- 1 onion,
- 1 ActiFry spoon sugar,
- 1 ActiFry spoon vegetable oil,
- 1 lemon,
- Salt, pepper,
- Fleur de sel or fine sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and grate the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook put them to cook in the ActiFry with the vegetable oil. Cook for 15 minutes. Wash the leeks, remove the large green leaves, cut in half lengthwise and then into thin slices. Open the oysters, remove their first juice and let them form the second.
Remove the potatoes from the ActiFry and replace with the onions and leeks. Season and add the oyster juice. Cook for 17 minutes, adding 4 ActiFry spoons of water over the vegetables every 5 minutes. When the leeks are cooked, add the potatoes again and cook for 2 minutes.
