Oreo Mudslide

Ingredients

• Alcoholic:
• 2 oz chocolate vodka
• 2 oz Irish cream liquor
• 2 oz cold coffee
• 2 oz chocolate syrup, plus extra for garnishing
• 8 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, plus 1 for garnish
• 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup ice
• Whipped cream (garnish)
• Non-Alcoholic:
• 2 oz milk
• 2 oz cold coffee
• 2 oz chocolate syrup, plus extra for garnishing
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, plus 1 for garnishing
• 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup ice
• Whipped cream (garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients, except the garnishes, into the pitcher of a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into 2 (8-oz) glasses. Top each with whipped cream and a drizzle of the extra chocolate syrup. Crush the remaining cookie and sprinkle over the whipped cream.
