Ingredients

  • OLIVE OIL COOKING SPRAY
  • 2 LARGE POTATOES
  • PEELED AND CUT INTO 1/2 INCH THICH STRIPS
  • 1/8 TSP TABLE SALT, OR TO TASTE
  • 1/8 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER, OR TO TASTE
  • 2 OZ LOW FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 450. COAT A LARGE BAKING SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY.
ARRANGE POTATOES ON PREPRED BAKING SHEET AND SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
BAKE 20 MINUTES AND THEN FLIP FRIES AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FORK TENDER. CLUSTER FRIES TOGETHER ON A BAKING SHEET AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE, AND BAKE ABOUT 5 MINUTES LONGER.
