Ingredients
- 2 cups canned unsweetened pumpkin
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tea. grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tea. allspice
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. ginger
- 1/8 tea. cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes, until thickened and darkened. Stir regularly while cooking.
Cool and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for several weeks.
