Ingredients
- 3/4 c butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 1/4 c water
- 2 c rolled oats
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Place butter, brown sugar and white sugar and egg in mixer bowl. Attach flat beater and turn speed to 6 for 1 minute. Stop and scrape the bowl.
Add carrots and water. Turn to speed 4 and beat 15 seconds. Stop and scrape the bowl. Add oats, flour, soda and salt. Turn to speed 4 and beat 15 seconds.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets, 2 in apart. Bake 8-10 min. Cool on wire racks.
