Honey Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 3-lb fryer, cut up
  • 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange chicken in a shallow pan.

Combine egg yolk, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey; add butter.

Pour over chicken, turning to coat well.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until fork tender, basting once. Do not turn.
